Dr. Sabrina Karazmi, DC graduated from Connecticut College earning a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, while also being a collegiate NCAA water polo athlete. She later earned a graduate’s degree in Surgical Neurophysiology from the University of Connecticut and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Karazmi has experience working with numerous musculoskeletal injuries and specializes in treating headaches, migraines, acute and chronic neck and back pain, sciatica, radiculopathy and herniated discs, neuromusculoskeletal conditions and more. Dr. Karazmi provides evidence-based care with a main focus of getting her patients out of pain and returning to their daily activities.

Dr. Ivana Vargas is a native Westchester County Chiropractor. She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from University of Bridgeport where she graduated cum laude and also obtains a Bachelors of Science in Biology from St. John’s University. She offers a functional approach to her patients and employs a variety of techniques including spinal and extremity adjustments/mobilizations, kinesiotaping, Active Release Technique, IASTM/Graston, cupping, rehabilitative exercises and pre and post-natal care. As a former Division 1 Big East volleyball player, Dr. Vargas learned the importance of chiropractic due to her own injuries.
